Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes, we work with all major insurers. If you're car needs repairs after our collision we can look after the process from assessment right through to handover and will keep you updated the whole way so you never left wondering where things are at or you need to do is nominate us as your repair with your insurer.
It's always best to go through the at fault parties insurance this way you can choose your own repair and you're entitled to a not at fault replacement vehicle for the duration of your repairs.
Someone has hit my car and I'm not at fault, should I go through their insurance or use my own?
That depends on how much your access is. For smaller repairs that will cost less (or about the same amount) as your access it's better to pay privately for repairs. This way your premium won't go up the following you and you won't lose any no claim bonuses. The larger repairs that will cost more than your access it's best to log your claim for your insurer.
I've damaged my own car. Is it better to pay for my repairs privately or go through insurance?
Do you need to see my car in person to be able to give me an accurate quote?
Yes it's always best that we take a look at the damage in person so we're able to give you an accurate quote.
Can I come to you if I'm not claiming through insurance?
Absolutely. We do plenty of private repairs too, so whether it’s a small scrape you'd rather sort yourself or bigger damage you want fixed properly, every car gets the same care and attention. Insurance claim or not.
Do you think small scratches and dents?
We sure do. In fact getting a scratch or dent looked at early can stop it turning into a bigger problem down the track.
How long will my repair take?
It really depends on the damage and how quickly parts can be sourced. Once we've assessed your car we'll give you a clear idea of timing and keep you in the loop if anything changes
